These Terms govern your access to and use of DownUnderVegas.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility (Australia, 18+)
You must be at least 18 years old and located in Australia to use the Service. Do not use the Service if you are restricted by law or by these Terms.
2) Social gameplay only (no real-money gambling)
The Service provides social casino-style gameplay for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling and does not provide winnings of real-world value.
3) Accounts and guest play
- You may play as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for activity on your account/device.
- Provide accurate information and keep login details secure.
- We may suspend or close accounts for suspected misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
4) Virtual currency and virtual items
- Any coins/credits/tokens and items are virtual, have no cash value, and are licensed to you, not sold.
- No cash-out, redemption, exchange, or conversion to money or anything of value. No prizes of real-world value.
- Virtual currency may be modified, limited, or removed, and balances may reset, as permitted by law.
5) Acceptable use
- No cheating, bots, automation, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with security or gameplay.
- No abusive, unlawful, misleading, or infringing content; no attempts to buy/sell accounts or virtual items.
- Comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations.
6) Moderation and enforcement
We may monitor, remove content, restrict features, reset progress, or suspend/terminate access where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, the Service, or comply with law.
7) Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
8) Complaints and disputes (AU)
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues quickly. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may have rights to seek assistance through Australian regulators or courts. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
9) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
